A dynamic speaker and educator, It has been said that Kim lights up every room she walks in to. She has owned successful businesses in the profit and the non-profit world.    

Kim Becker is the award-winning author of” Hello Gorgeous! A Journey of Faith Love and Hope” and  “I Promise to Put My Lipstick on When I Get There: A Complete Red Carpet Guide to Staying Gorgeous Through Your Cancer Treatment”

She has owned successful businesses in the profit and the non-profit world.  Along the way  she has made a name for herself as a dynamic speaker and educator.  It has been said that Kim lights up every room she walks in to.  

When Kim graduated from high school her dream was attend Law School.  Kim had been working at a salon part time through high school.  The manager of the salon encouraged Kim to attend beauty school as a means to pay her way through law school.   Kim attend beauty school and the beauty bug bit her and the rest is history.  

After that dedicated beginning, Kim quickly developed a process for increasing retail sales and drastically decreasing overhead and excess inventory, while having unprecedented customer retention, employee satisfaction and increased profitability. 

Kim’s success was just getting started. Once she started teaching her system and strategies to include social impact, the small business owners including salons, saw results that  were hair-raising!  Kim has a unique gift of helping business owners think outside the box. 

Of course, Kim’s strategies aren’t just for mega-spas and salons. She’s taught booth rent stylists to cosmetology students and franchise executives to brand ambassadors how to make more money doing the work they love!

Kim lives in South Bend, Indiana where she pursues her passion of empowering  women battling all types of cancer look in the mirror and smile as the Founder and CEO of the Internationally recognized non-profit, Hello Gorgeous! of HOPE, Inc. She was married to the love of her life for 23 ½ years and is the mom to a wonderful 15 year old boy. As a family, they work with their team and salon affiliates to create once-in-a-lifetime, lasting memories for those women fighting for their lives and for their families. Over the last 12 years, Kim and Hello Gorgeous!  have performed makeovers on hundreds and hundreds of women battling cancer across the United States, from all walks of life and situations. Each remarkable woman’s story adds to the depth of her teaching and her message.
